• Handmade, custom, or made-to-order items may require 5–10 business days before shipping.

• During holidays, sales, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. After purchase, you'll receive instructions for accessing your files.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we carefully package every order, shipping delays can occasionally occur.

If your package:

• Arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item(s).

• Appears lost, please contact us so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

International Shipping

We want you to love your purchase! If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Digital downloads

• Custom or personalized items

• Handmade items made specifically for your order

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Opened or partially used craft supplies

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item(s)

• Photos of the shipping packaging

We will work with you to replace the item or issue an appropriate refund if the damage or error is confirmed.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange eligible items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

Custom orders begin production soon after they are placed and cannot be canceled once work has started.

Vintage & Handmade Items

Many of our products feature authentic vintage papers, reclaimed materials, or handmade elements. Small imperfections, age spots, color variations, and natural wear are part of their character and are not considered defects.
